COFFEE BEANS

Beans from Guatemala are  aromatic, lively and acidy but perfectly balanced, with a soft, mild flavour and a heavy body.

Beans from Ethiopia are often noted for having a “wild” flavour to them, thought of a highly exotic. Most of the coffee produced here is still gathered from wild trees.

Beans from  Peru are  excellent high-grown coffee beans with a good acidity and body, and mild flavour.

Together these beans are blended before roasting to create our own special coffee taste.

After much roasting and tasting, we have created the “ROCK CREEK ORGANIC BLEND” - our own blend of coffee beans from 3 distinct countries.

Blending coffee beans before the roasting, smoothes out the distinctions between coffees, making for a more cohesive taste.
