With our small fluid—bed roasters, we are able to roast small batches of beans, allowing us to offer the freshest roasted coffee beans to our customers.

 

A coffee bean remembers where it came from and how it was raised: the soil, the weather, the processing, and the roasting all are recorded in the bean. We use top quality green coffee beans and pay close attention to the roasting. Once you’ve tasted fresh roasted coffee, nothing else will do!

 

WHAT IS ORGANIC COFFEE?

Organic coffee is grown without the aid of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. It is also shade grown – a more natural environment for coffee plants. The shade trees and non-use of pesticides creates a sanctuary for migratory birds. The health of ecosystems relies on the migration of millions of birds each year, and Organic Coffee Plantations play a key role. So you the consumer of organic coffee are helping to save the natural environment in temperate and tropical ecosystems – and get a great cup of coffee!
